I've lost count how many times I've reinstalled the drivers (the 2.5.1 USB and the 1.5 plug-in suite). Plugged it into USB but the computer does not recognise the bloody thing. It gets power to the unit, all the lights flicker for a second when you plug it in, and the 48V button illuminates, the small USB light on the front doesn't, but for some reason I feel like it did at one point.įacing the exact same problem here. If you go into properties and try and update the driver manually, when you select the folder where the drivers were installed, it says it cannot find the device driver. If you go into device manager and run troubleshoot it doesn't fix this. The driver installer seems to work fine if you run it with the unit unplugged, but if it's plugged in it says install failed. Have just spend the last 4 or so hours trying to get this thing to work.
Just bought one of these today, on the advice of the guy behind the counter.
